Due to the nature of digital services, payments made for completed work are non-refundable. We deliver work incrementally with regular feedback cycles to ensure alignment with your expectations.

Any advance payments made are non-refundable once the project has started. These payments are used to secure resources and begin development.

• Mutual agreement is reached between both parties

If a client chooses to cancel a project midway, payment for completed work will be retained, and deliverables completed to date will be provided.
